Chopard and the BAMBI Awards

Germany’s most important and glamorous media award event took place in Potsdam on November 11th, 2010. The BAMBI trophy is proudly manufactured in the workshops of Chopard in Geneva.

Karl Scheufele, chairman of Chopard, and his wife Karin attended the ceremony.

Every year, BAMBI pays homage to German and international celebrities and other exceptional people who have touched and inspired the German public during the year. The BAMBI award is presented in categories such as film, sports and charity.

On the occasion of BAMBI 2010, Shakira chose to wear Chopard jewels for the ceremony. Orlando Bloom, who received the BAMBI trophy in the « Charity » category, awarding his personal involvement in UNICEF activites, chose to wear a Chopard Grand Prix de Monaco Historique watch.
